In 1974, Billy Neal Moore confessed to an armed robbery and murder. Enduring 16 and half years on Georgia’s death row, and coming within just seven hours of execution by the electric chair, Billy shares his story of transformation and forgiveness, inspiring growth and change. Billy has given his testimony to law schools like Harvard and Yale, and churches around the world.

Journey of Redemption
Billy was introduced to the his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ during his first weeks in prison. While in prison Billy earned a Bachelor’s degree and started started a Bible study for prisoners. He also reached out and sought forgiveness from his victim’s family. The victim’s family were Christians and forgave Billy, and fought for his clemency at his parole hearing. He remains close to them even today.
